Service Fees

Displayed at the bottom of this page is our services and fees pamphlet. Additional forage tests can be found on the feed/forage analysis submission form.

Volume discounts are available for routine farm soils as follows:

  • 10% discount for 25-50 samples per monthly billing period
  • 15% discount for >50 samples per monthly billing period
  • 5% discount for on-line submission

In addition to the volume discount program offered for the routine farm soils we also offer volume discounts for all other sample analyses and materials using the following guidelines. To qualify for this discount the client will need to have the required number of samples run for a particular assay or package during a monthly billing cycle.

  • 5% discount for 25-50 samples per monthly billing period
  • 10% discount for >50 samples per monthly billing period

We also offer a special rate for samples that are submitted ready for analysis. The discount for these prepared samples will be a 20% reduction from the normal unprocessed sample rate. However, this is not true for all samples as there are a number of assays where it is essentially not possible to submit a prepared sample so these may not have a 20% discount associated with them.

At the discretion of the lab staff, a prepared sample should be:

  • dried
  • ground to the appropriate specifications
  • numbered consecutively

For those samples where time is very critical we will offer a rush rate, which will be 50% higher than the normal rate for that sample. The rush rate will include a one to five day turnaround time depending on the test being requested.
